We are forced to live in inappropriate conditions especially when we are short changed, We experience hell while on earth as a result of abuse of our inalienable rights, coupled with the inactivity of CPC as at that time." However, he noted that "Whenever God wants to put smiles on the faces of people, He appoints a woman". Hence, to us , your appointment is divine. Therefore, we wish to thank His excellency, Most Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma for appointing you as the DG, we appeal that you use this God-given opportunity to evolve plans and programmes that will empower and benefit people with disabilities.
