APC COMMITTEE ON MOBILIZATION, MONITORING AND EVALUATION ON MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION AND REVALIDATION EXERCISE IMO STATE, MEETS THE IMHA MEMBERS AND GOVERNMENT APPOINTEES

 

The move to squarely strengthen and reinvigorate the largest political party, APC, in IMO State got today to its crescendo with the physical meeting of the Party Committee on Membership Mobilization, Monitoring and Evaluation on Registration And Revalidation with the leadership/members of IMHA of APC extraction and all Government Appointees at Ahiakoku Conference Center, Owerri.

The Speaker, Rt Hon Edoziem who was at the helms of affairs as the Chairman of the Committee charged all the Committee members and all Local Government Area contingents to get ready to go all out to strengthen our political party, the APC in IMO State. He stressed that the party has all it takes to consolidate political power in the State with a performing Governor, Dist Sen Hope Uzodinma on seat.

Speaking, the Chairman of APC Caretaker Committee, Chief Marcon Nlemigbo corroborated on the bright prospects of IMO APC under the leadership of the State Governor, Dist Sen Hope Uzodinma.

Other members of the August Committee including Dr Iyke Njoku, Rt Hon Maxwell Duru, Prince Lemmy Akakem, Hon Obinna Okwara, Chief Cosmas Madugba (Oduebube Isu), Rt Hon Stanford Onyirimba, and Chief Greg Madu harped on the need for hierarchical synergies between the government appointees and the IMC Chairmen .The Local Government IMC Chairmen displayed their usual mobilization excellence with many of their locals in the meeting. The ALGON Chairman, Adm Willy Okoliegwo harped on the need for cooperation between stakeholders and the IMC Chairmen.  The teeming membership of the party in all the LGAs who were in the summit were charged to engage now in political evangelism to woo all without Hope to have the available Hope of becoming members of APC using the window available now.  To depopulate all other political parties in IMO State and woo new and old politicians into APC remain the mandate.

Earlier on,  a minute silence was observed in respect of the Late SA to the Governor on Direct Foreign Investment, Late Hon Dr Charles Onuoha who was being buried today at Mbaise.

In attendance were some Commissioners, notably of Works and Lands.  Most SAs were unavoidably   absent due to the aforesaid burial. The SA Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Chief Hon Ruby Emele was in the parley while a number of SSAs were there in attendance.
