The Imo State Independent Electoral Commission (ISIEC) has organized a Successful Town Hall interactive meeting with the Critical stakeholders of EZINIHITTE LGA, Comprising Leaders of all Political parties, Religious Leaders, Ezinihitte Council of Traditional rulers, President generals , Community Youths and Women Leaders etc.
*****ISIEC Boss Imo State Chief (Mrs) Pauline Onyeka in her Speech thanked the good people o Ezinihitte for coming our in their numbers to honour the invitation and Specially thanked the IMC Chairman of EZINIHITTE High Chief Sir F.S ONYEBERECHI for a warm reception and show of Love to his August Visitors.
Furthermore, Mrs Onyeka said they were in Ezinihitte LGA on a Sensitization and fact finding tour Ahead of the incoming LGA Elections in Imo State.
She said the official date for the election is yet to be announced but there is every reason for all the political parties to put their house in order and getting prepared for the election.
The ISIEC Boss pledges Never to compromise in the discharge of her duties.
The Ezinihitte IMC Chairman High Chief Sir F.S ONYEBERECHI ably represented by IMC member for Oboama Ward,Mr Sabinus thanked the August Visitors for finding time to Visit Ezinihitte LGA.
He said that Ezinihitte is a home of Peaceful- cum transparent politicking and assured them of their unalloyed support and cooperation during and after the Local government Elections.
The IMC Boss thanked our Amiable Governor of Imo State Senator Hope Uzodinma for providing enabling environment for smooth running of ISIEC commission which he said has not been functioning well before the coming of the Shared prosperity Government.
Those present at the Town Hall meeting were Hon Mrs Jacinta Uchechukwu ISIEC Commissioner Imo State who hails from Ezinihitte MBAISE.
Traditional rulers led by HRH Eze Ositadimma Nwokocha Umara _11_ of Adakam Amumara Auto.comm. Leaders of political parties, Religious Leaders , Town Union executives of the 28 Autonomous communities in Ezinihitte.
