The World Bank, had in a recent meeting with the Bureau for Rural Development and Imo RAMP State Projects Implementation Unit acknowledged the quality of ongoing works in Imo State.
Apart from the 380.7km Rural Roads under Construction across the LGAs of the State, His Excellency Governor Uzodimma further attracted:
(1) Awards of 23 number River Crossings (Bridges),
(2) Sport Roads for Accessing and Exiting the Bridges
(3) 100kms Pilot Roads as an additional connections of the Rural Areas.
This was disclosed by Hon. Sir Ifeanyi D Oruh, the SSA to the Governor on Rural Development, during his inspection of rural road constructions going on at Ozuh Omuma- Amakpara Amiri and Akuma/ Amagu- Ubulu Rural Roads.
