MBAIKE FORUM EMBARKS ON SENSITIZATION CAMPAIGN TO GALVANIZE CRITICAL STAKEHOLDERS, PLEDGES TOTAL SUPPORT FOR GOVERNOR UZODIMMA

Group under the umbrella of Mbaike Forum has started a political sensitization tour of  some critical Stakehoders across the federal constituency.

The leader of the group, Prince Charles Amadi who led the delegation to  a sensitization campaign of  some prominent stakehoders of Mbaitoli/Ikeduru on Saturday, April 3rd, 2021 with agenda of uniting the Constituency across all political parties to achieve one positive interest, said the  Forum is not a one political party movement.

The group took their sensitization campaign to one of the prominent leaders of Mbaike, Dr. Victor Onukwugha at his home town, Alaenyi Ogwa autonomous community in Mbaitoli Local Government Area.IMO Breaking News reports.

The  leader of the group, Prince Charles Amadi while making his presentation, revealed that Mbaike Forum is not a one political party movement, rather it is an initiative with a sole agenda of galvanizing the  Constituency for a better political performance.

Charvon, further stated that Mbaike Forum is not interested in deciding who will go for House of Assembly, House of Representatives or  Senate, but it is their interest to galvanize Mbaike, as well as incorporating Mbaike into the mainstream politics of the State.

He said; "it is the right time for Mbaike to start making use of their population/votes with one voice to decide who becomes governor of Imo State.

"It is not about political party, but if we can support and sacrifice one more tenure for our Governor, Senator Hope Uzodinma to complete his eight years, by 2027 Mbaike people would begin to talk about governorship.

"And If we give Uzodinma all our support now, by 2027, he will not have any choice rather than to support an Mbaike man for governorship."

However, the group called on every well-meaning son and daughter of Mbaitoli/Ikeduru to support the initiative which according to them is for the best interest of Ndi-Mbaike.

In a related development, the group had also visited one of their illustrious sons, Dr. Johnbull Nwaiwu from Ikeduru Local Government, who also accepted to be part of the movement.

Dr. Nwaiwu, and V.C Onukwugha also pledged their unalloyed support for Mbaike forum, which according to them is in the right direction.

Some Leaders of Mbaike who were part of the delegation are  Hon. Abed Anyadike, Barr. Kingsley Ononuju (Ekwedashike), Chief Emma Iwuagwu, Hon. John Eke (Mbaitoli IMC Chairman), Very. Rev. CNN Nwanegbu, Hon. Teddy Oguwuike, Hon. Obinna Nshirim. Hon. Chijioke Onumajuru, Mrs Ukaegbu. Hon. Patrick Nna, Chief Victor Mgbenobi among others.
