I want to once again thank his excellency the governor of Imo State, Gov.Hope Uzodimma and our amiable house of assembly members for their selfless and doggedness towards repealing of 2007 pension Act.
Despite would they have benefitted from it after office.
Correcting this Political error has proved your readiness to lifting the economy of the state that will benefit the generality of Imolites.
I have heard and also know that many states would go through this path.
Honestly Imo civil servants have always been receiving the short end of the stick since time immemorial.
I wonder how some political class for no justifiable reasons got attracted to the idea of a pension plan after leaving office to the detriment of the hapless citizenry.
I also urge our house members to repeal and make laws that will help the governor affect the lives of many Imolites positively and also make Imo State a better place for all
