As it is often said, leadership entails sacrifice, commitment, hard work, passion and the biblical love that makes a person treat others as he would treat himself.
In our Modern Political dispensation, the issue of good Leadership and the show of philanthropic gestures has remained foremost in most conversation. Philanthropy has been severely abused that most people struggle to accept that there are still good people who simply want to help and elevate everyone that they encounter.
Chief Dr George moghalu is one of such good people who continuously acts from a place of love and willingness to make things better without ulterior motives or hidden interests.
Ohamadike Nnewi is man of uncommon wit, gifted by God with a captivating personality and an engaging smile. When he speaks, it is impossible to ignore his passion and love for Ndi Anambra.
His style of leadership is such that he carries everyone along in a truly democratic manner while still maintaining his control, and leadership status. Despite his achievements, status and position attained, he continues to make himself easily accessible to, and approachable by all.
Dr George Moghalu does not hesitate to give credit where credit is due despite his relationship with that individual. He is also ever ready to take responsibility when he has erred, and is never too pompous to tender an apology. Ohamadike has been able to build trust due to his accountability and honest ways.
Most importantly, Ohamadike does not see class distinctions, he does not discriminate between the poor and the rich as he is known to treat everyone fairly and equitably.
With this, it is safe to say that Anambra is in desperate need of a man like Dr George Moghalu (Ohamadike Nnewi).
