The Chairman of Cross River State Registration and Revalidation Committee who is also the Member representing Ikwo/ Ezza South Federal constituency in the National Assembly, Hon Comrade Chindu Ogah OON has today paid courtesy visit to Professor Benedict Bengioushuye Ayade__ the governor of Cross River state in Calabar, the state capital.
During the courtesy call, Hon Ogah commended the state governor, Prof. Ayade for the bold step taken, to have dumped his former party, PDP for the All Progressives Congress, APC.
He however, urged the National Secretariat that on no account should APC as a party allow any other party to win in the forthcoming gubernatorial election in Anambra State. Hon. Ogah noted that APC has all it takes to win in Anambra State as well as clinch to power come 2023.
The Chairman also commended the governor for inclusion of and empowering the youths in the state.
Hon Ogah equally commended the Chief of Staff, Mr Martin Orim and his colleagues for their effective representation and enjoined other National Assembly members to work with the governor and stop perching with other parties in the State. "It is better for the National Assembly members to avoid self deceptions and join the governor of the state and boldly eat from the main source than eating from other states as beggars", he said.
