His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma received in audience, the Imo State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) on a courtesy visit.
“The effective discharge of duties by our security agencies remains paramount to the sustenance of peace, law and order in our society and I commend your bravery in securing the lives and Properties of Ndi Imo.” Uzodimma stated.
Governor Uzodimma in his welcome address encouraged and assured Men and Officers of the Agency and the Chief Security Officer of the State that the Shared Prosperity Administration will continue to support them in securing lives and properties in the State.
Speaking earlier, the NSCDC Imo State Commander, Michael Ogar Besong, commended the Governor for the immense support he has given to the officers of the NSCDC Imo State Command, and assured that the command will continue to provide security for Imo People.
