GOVERNOR UZODIMMA: OPENING UP THE CITY OF OWERRI FROM STREET TO STREET

His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma in fulfillment of the promise to deliver an outstanding developed city, yesterday, carried out on-the-spot inspections of some existing and ongoing reconstruction of streets and roads.

The Governor inspected the level of work on junction improvement at the Naze/Aba Road Junction, which upon completion, would effectively handle traffic flow seamlessly.

Governor Uzodimma also inspected the ongoing Ihiagwa Road off Egbu Road, Abiriba Street and the street opening which leads to Egbu Road. This construction will further facilitate the linking of the balloon drainage ongoing at Egbu Road down to Otamiri as this intends to eradicate flooding along that axis.
