The determination of the 3R Government in ensuring that a modern Owerri city is built, continues to reach fruition. This road connecting Warehouse Junction and Emmanuel College Junction, was meant to ease traffic without having to connect via Douglass road or Wethdral road but its poor construction from the onset caused the failure just barely two years.
In continuation of the 3R agenda, this road has been given a face lift with ongoing reconstructions and over 50% completion. The interesting part of it is that the 3R government had earlier reconstructed most of the adjoining roads so upon completion, it would not only serve traffic diversion for those in transit but also those within the axis.
