Declan Anaele emerges chairman, Imo State Publishers Association, in a election held in Owerri on Saturday, September 18.
Anaele who is the publisher of Imo Eastern Lead Newspapers was declared winner with 15 votes.
He was immediately sworn in along side other executives.
