With less than 29 days to the Anambra State gubernatorial election slated for November 6th 2021, the Anambra State gubernatorial APC candidate, Distinguished Senator Andy Uba (MFR), has vowed to invest in human capital development vividly.
Senator Andy Uba recognizes the fact that the greater population of Anambra State are made of youths whom if given opportunities will serve as driving force for the development of the state.
He said his government won't give place to touts and thugs who demonize and harass residents of Anambra State in the guise of collecting revenues for the government.
Senator Andy noted that most investors and business men prefer patronizing other parts of the country rather than coming to Onitsha to buy goods because they can't withstand harassment from touts who extorts charges on them forcefully with the guise of generating revenues for the government.
He said, a well detailed blue print is already on ground to drive a technological based economy and not necessarily hiring touts that scares away investors in our dear state with their outdated way of generating IGR and revenues from every junction in Anambra metropolitan areas and especially in Onitsha.
