Men, Women and Youths in Umuoku booth 1 in Atta ward 2 , Ikeduru Local government Area Imo state have been enjoined to be in the forefront of programmes that are targetted at inculcating good values for the advancement of the society.
This statement was made by the Special Adviser on all Religious matters to the Governor of Imo State, Very Rev. CNN Nwannebu when he mobilized over 100 nonregistered members of his community to the council headquarters in Iho for the Nationwide re-registration for Permanent Voters Cards.(PVC ).
He disclosed that Citizens Obligations incorporates involvements in Programmes that galvanizes advancements of the society. He noted that political participations and inculcation of good morals and involvement in Agriculture are Panacea for a healthy strong Society.
The Special Adviser on All Religious Affairs to the Executive Governor of Imo State stated that good governance only come about when Citizens carry out their obligations through their participations in Politics with PVC which is foundational in governance.
The financier of the exercise, Rev. CNN Nwannebu observed that women and Youths play prominent role in the choice of Societal leaders through possession of the PVC . He said the new electoral Act has provisions that the PVC is compulsory for Youths Seeking admission into schools and transactions in Banks henceforth as he charged the Umuoku Community to go all out for Pvc registration.
Rev. CNN Nwannebu admonished the women and Youths to shun hunger as it's a catalyst for vices such as Mpkurumiri and other forms of drug addictions. Agriculture therefore becomes the only way to run away from the problems.

He urged them to continue supporting the 3R administration of His Excellency, Sen. Hope Uzodimma for more human and capital development at the grassroot level.

Rev. CNN promised to continue the registration across Atta ward 2.
