For years, the good people of Ughelli south/North and Udu federal constituency especially the Youths have witnessed poor representations at the state assembly as those whom they entrusted with the mandate to represent them have always deviated from promises made to pursue unpopular interest(s) which has no legislative bearing and direct benefits to people on whose mandate they rode to power.
To right this wrong, the good people of Ughelli North/South and Udu Federal constituency need not a political leader but a SERVANT and here I present before us a TRUE SERVANT who had gotten the experiences required to SERVE by virtue of various capacity he has served both at state and federal levels.
*Hon. Amb.Frank Ossai* is a servant leader who rose to fame from a very humble and poor background and as such has felt the pains and faced the ordeals of the good people of Ughelli North /South and Udu Federal constituency.
This alone not considering other factors which I shall discuss in my subsequent write-ups places him as the best to SERVE our people. He once wore the shoes and knows exactly how it pains.
