HOPE UZODIMMA HAS SHOWN SO MUCH CAPACITY, THAT IS WHY PEOPLE ARE HAPPY WITH HIM - Hon Ezekiel Nwando
The hallmark of a true leader is in his ability to stand by his words and promises. Without any iota of skepticism, the good people of Imo State can affirm that promises made by the governor, Governor Hope Uzodimma have been fulfilled beyond everyone's expectation. Today, Imo State people are happier than they were few years ago. All thanks to the governor whose developmental and people oriented programmes and policies have greatly impacted and touched every sphere of human endeavor in the state. This was the position of Hon. Ezekiel Nwando who alluded to the fact that Governor Hope Uzodimma is the first governor to have directly touched the grassroot in a way no one has ever done.
While addressing the public on the reason why Governor Hope Uzodimma should be re-elected with overwhelming votes in the coming November 11, 2023 governorship election, Hon. Ezekiel Nwando noted that Governor Hope Uzodimma has come to change the narrative of politics in the state, adding that politicians in the state are known for failed and unfulfilled promises.
In his words, "we are already used to failed and unfulfilled promises in Imo not until we have Governor Hope Uzodimma. Governorship candidates come to us with many promises and propaganda just to canvass for votes, but unfortunately, none of them ever fulfilled forty percent of those promises. Today, we have a governor who has performed more than what he told us. His administration is not limited to the state capital, Owerri but every villages, nooks and crannies of Imo State. Governor Hope Uzodimma has shown capacity, the people of Imo State are happy with him and we are ready to also pay him back with overwhelming votes in the coming election"
Hon. Ezekiel Nwando used the opportunity to call on opposition candidates whom might be planning violence or others means to stay clear as the people are already on the side of the governor and would resist all manners of manipulation they might have planned. He implored them to wait for their turn and time adding that Governor Hope Uzodimma must be allowed to build on the foundation of growth and development in has laid for the state for the overall benefit of all irrespective of political parties. He believe that the re-election bid of Governor Hope Uzodimma is more about the posterity of the state than it is about the governor.
