AS UZODIMMA LEADS NDDC IN TACKLING DEVELOPMENT CHALLENGES
In a decisive effort to address the long-standing issues within the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Imo State Governor and Chairman of the NDDC Governing Board, Senator Hope Uzodimma, has pledged to resolve the problem of abandoned projects in the region. This commitment comes in response to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's directive to complete these projects urgently.
At a critical meeting on July 8, 2024, at the Imo State Lodge in Asokoro, Abuja, Governor Uzodimma commended the NDDC Management Team and called for close collaboration with the Governing Council, the Governing Board, and the Advisory Board of the NDDC. His aim is to accelerate development in the Niger Delta through a united effort.
Governor Uzodimma emphasized the need for teamwork and shared goals. He praised the Management Team’s performance and expressed confidence in their ability to make a difference. For him, by working together, the NDDC can significantly improve the infrastructure and overall development of the Niger Delta, positively impacting the lives of its residents.
