 IT IS WOMEN O' CLOCK !! ; INCLUSION OF WOMEN VERY VITAL FOR A DECENT DEMOCRACY

Women are catalysts for development. It becomes imperative that we bring on board at the upcoming local government elections , women who have distinguished themselves in various fields of endeavors. One of such women is ""*Chief  Mrs  Chika Ibekwe “Ugogbuzo” Former Senior Special Assistant to the  Executive Governor of  Imo State Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma on community Relations,

One of the powerful mobilizer/coordinator Hope Uzodimma women support group, Founder blossom Women initiative , President EGSS “96” Set, Former L.G.A party executive.

Hon mrs Ibekwe has distinguished herself in leadership roles  and community services, thereby contributing to the development of her LGA, Community, Churches, Schools, Widows and less privileged that earned her an Nneoma tittle by Anglican Church.

She is Very hard-working and a compassionate mother to all, Hon Chika is constantly passionate about women and youth development, A woman with empathy,  which is one of the best qualities of a good leader.

The place of women in nation-building is crucial. Giving women leadership and decision making positions not only enhances gender equality but also drives sustainable development  and fosters inclusive growth.  The understanding of these facts requires that we vote  in women to occupy the chairmanship seats of their various Lga in 21st Sept 2024 elections.

Women constitutes  a significant  portion of the population and deserve equal representation  in leadership roles, Having  women as Chairman of the local government areas would ensure that the diverse needs and perspectives of women in their various communities are addressed. 

 It is worthy of note that women often bring a different approach to governance,  highlighting inclusivity,empathy, and community-building . This can lead to policies that are more reflective  of their  entire local government areas.

Chief Mrs Chika Ibekwe with her wealth of experience possess unique skills  and expertise  that makes them well suited for the positions of the Executive chairmen of her Local government Ngor Okpala , For community organizing, administrative competence, and a deep understanding of local issues . So let's give women a chance for decent democracy and national development.
