*Prince Charls Amadi Pays Condolence Visits to Horn Newspaper Publisher Bright Chimezie, Oguike*
The National Leader of the Owerri Zonal Leaders Forum (OZOPOLF), Prince Charls Amadi Charlvon, today embarked on a solemn journey of compassion as he paid condolence visits to the families of two prominent figures in Imo State—Mr. Bright Chimezie Njoku, the Publisher of Horn Newspaper, and Arch. Sir Levi Oguike. Both families recently experienced heartbreaking losses with the passing of their wives.
At the residence of Mr. Bright Chimezie Njoku, Prince Charls Amadi, while signing the condolence register, expressed his deepest sympathy to the Njoku family. He prayed fervently for God's grace, asking that the family be granted the strength and comfort they need to navigate the devastating loss of Lolo Chioma Njoku. Lolo Chioma, who was not only a cherished wife and mother but also a respected figure in the media industry as the publisher of Onion Newspaper, was known for her unwavering commitment to journalism and her contributions to the state. Her untimely passing has left a void in both her family and Imo State at large.
Speaking at the residence of Arch. Sir Levi Oguike, Prince Charls Amadi expressed his sincere regret for being unable to attend the funeral of Lady Chinyere Oguike earlier in the year, as he was out of the country at the time. Sir Levi, touched by Prince Charls Amadi's heartfelt words, acknowledged the leadership and fortitude that the National Leader has demonstrated over the years. He stated, “After the passing of Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, I feared that Owerri zone would lose its prominent voice in the national conversation. However, Prince Charls Amadi has stepped into that void, and through his tireless efforts, he has become the unwavering voice our people have long needed."
In his response, Prince Charls Amadi reassured Sir Levi Oguike of his continued commitment to the progress of Owerri zone and Imo State at large. He emphasized that leadership is about supporting one another, especially during difficult times, and he pledged to stand by both families in their moment of grief.
Accompanying Prince Charls Amadi on these visits were key members of the OZOPOLF leadership, including Barr. Kingsley Ononuju, the National Secretary of OZOPOLF, who also serves as the Chairman of the Imo Roads Maintenance Agency (IROMA), as well as Nze Chidi Ibe and Ndaa Ray Emeana.
Prince Charls Amadi’s visits were a reflection of the strong sense of love and empathy towards his fellow man that is his character.
